Stepless amplitude modulation vibration exciter and vibratory roller
The invention relates to a stepless amplitude modulation vibration exciter and a vibratory roller. The stepless amplitude modulation vibration exciter comprises a driving mechanism, a transmission mechanism and an amplitude modulation mechanism, wherein the amplitude modulation mechanism comprises a first swinging part and a second swinging part which are arranged in parallel; swinging shafts of the first swinging part and the second swinging part are parallel to each other; swinging surfaces of the first swinging part and the second swinging part are on a same plane; the driving mechanism is used for driving the swinging shafts of the first swinging part and the second swinging part to rotate through the transmission mechanism, so that the first swinging part and the second swinging part can swing in a same direction or opposite directions simultaneously. By adjusting the swinging angles of the first swinging part and the second swinging part, the eccentric distance of the first swinging part and the second swinging part is continuously changed, so that stepless amplitude modulation is achieved, the defects that a conventional vibration exciter and a vibratory roller are small in amplitude modulation shifts, low in construction technological adaptability, poor in pavement compacting effect, and the like, are overcome, and the stepless amplitude modulation vibration exciter is relatively simple in overall structure, low in maintenance cost, high in convenience and relatively high in practical and popularization value.
