The invention relates to a precast tubular pile core foam polyurethane rapid bottom sealing construction method. Compared with a traditional concrete bottom sealing mode, a mode of plugging the end ofa tubular pile by using a polyurethane expansion material, solves problems that the quantity of prepared concrete materials on the site is less, the concrete waiting time may exceed a concrete initial setting time, separation is caused due to overhigh free falling height in the concrete pouring process, the concrete cannot be vibrated and compacted by using a vibrating rod, the pile pressing efficiency is reduced due to stopping in the midway of the pile pressing process to block a pile core, the labor intensity of personnel is high and so on. Through new application of a polyurethane foam material, pile core bottom sealing is carried out by using a new process, the operation is lightweight, and the polyurethane foam material can be used as much as you need. Through the application of mode, the pile core bottom sealing process is improved, the bottom sealing waiting time in the pile pressing process can be shortened, the pile pressing construction efficiency can be enhanced, the construction cost can be reduced by using the polyurethane foam material to seal the bottom instead of the concrete, the situation that the concrete is used after the initial setting time passes, is separated and is not compactly vibrated is avoided.
