The invention relates to a prefabricated tubular pile core soil taking shovel which comprises a rotary soil digging shovel, a rod body and a handle part which are sequentially connected from bottom to top, and the rotary soil digging shovel is formed by splicing a plurality of detachable rotary soil digging shovels in the vertical direction; the rod body comprises a plurality of standard knots, a rotating notch is formed in the top of each standard knot, a rotating raised head is arranged at the bottom of each standard knot, and the rotating notches are matched with the rotating raised heads; a plurality of discs which are arranged at intervals are mounted on the rod body; and the handle part is provided with a plurality of acting points or is driven by automatic equipment to rotate. By arranging the rod body capable of being spliced and extended and the ends of the multiple rotary shovels, on one hand, the overall length can be flexibly adjusted according to the depth distance, so that the soil taking shovel is suitable for different construction scenes; and on the other hand, by improving the handle part, the acting points of manpower for upward pulling during soil sampling are increased, or an automatic driving mode is adopted, so that the power and the efficiency of soil sampling are improved.
本发明涉及一种预制管桩桩芯取土铲,包括从下至上依次连接的旋转挖土铲、杆身以及提手部,所述旋转挖土铲由若干可拆卸的旋转挖土铲沿垂向拼接而成;所述杆身包括若干标准节,每节所述标准节的顶部设有旋转槽口,底部设有旋转凸头,所述旋转槽口与所述旋转凸头相匹配;所述杆身上安装有若干间隔设置的圆盘;所述提手部上设有多个着力点或由自动化设备驱动旋转。本发明通过设置可拼接延长的杆身和多旋铲的端头,一方面可以根据深度距离灵活调整整体长度,使取土铲适用于不同施工场景;另一方面通过对提手部的改进,增加取土时上拔的人力的着力点,或采用自动化驱动方式,提高了取土的动力功率和取土效率。
