Detecting method for perpendicularity of uniform-section precast pile
The invention provides a detecting method for the perpendicularity of a uniform-section precast pile. According to the method, the perpendicularity of the precast pile is detected through angle guiding rule bodies, the angle guiding rule bodies each comprise an angle guiding rule long edge and an angle guiding rule short edge which are rotationally connected through a connecting shaft, and level gauges and angle gauge display screens are mounted on the angle guiding rule short edges; and the angle guiding rule long edges of the two angle guiding rule bodies are placed on a positioning line ofthe precast pile and fixed to the precast pile through detachable buckles, then the angle guiding rule short edges are adjusted till the level gauges display that the angle guiding rule short edges are level, and then data on the angle gauge display screens are read out and recorded. The perpendicularity of a pile body can be effectively controlled through detection during construction of the precast pile, high maneuverability is achieved, detection equipment is convenient to carry and controllable in precision, detection instruments are convenient to carry, and a detection result can reflectthe actual perpendicularity of the pile body.
本发明提供一种等截面预制桩垂直度的检测方法,该方法通过角度靠尺本体对预制桩垂直度进行检测,角度靠尺本体包括角度靠尺长边和角度靠尺短边,角度靠尺长边和角度靠尺短边通过一连接轴转动连接,角度靠尺短边上安装有水平仪和角度仪显示屏。将两个角度靠尺本体的所述角度靠尺长边分别放置在预制桩的定位线上并采用活扣固定在所述预制桩上,而后将角度靠尺短边调节至水平仪显示水平,而后读出角度仪显示屏上的数据并记录。本发明通过预制桩施工期间的检测能够有效控制桩体垂直度,具有较强的可操作性,检测设备便于携带,精度可控,检测仪器携带方便,检测结果能反映桩体的实际垂直度。
