The invention provides a foundation pit excavation and supporting system for an up-crossing subway tunnel and a construction method. A foundation pit to be excavated is divided into two or four or sixexcavation area blocks by division piles and circumferential piles, each excavation area block is vertically divided into four layers for excavation, each layer is divided into three blocks, and soilexcavation is carried out in accordance with the principle of first two sides and then the middle. The driving direction of supporting piles is defined by a guide baffle plate, and an integral connecting plate is firmly connected with the supporting piles through grouting anchor pipes and anchoring and grouting bodies. The vertical position of a top die of a pressing bottom plate is defined by atop die position control bolt. Pit bottom pressing bottom plates comprise cast-in-place pressing bottom plates and prefabricated pressing bottom plates, and prefabricated slab connecting bars and inter-slab reinforcement bodies are arranged between the connected prefabricated pressing bottom plates. The pit bottom pressing bottom plates are pressed inversely by backpressure blocks and pressurizingbags together.
