The construction method comprises the following steps that a sludge isolation piece sinks to a preset height of an outer ring at a pre-construction position of the equipment foundation, and sludge around the pre-construction position of the equipment foundation is extruded and isolated through the sludge isolation piece; earth in the sludge isolation piece is removed, and concrete pouring is carried out at the bottom of the sludge isolation piece to form a concrete cushion layer so as to seal the bottom of the sludge isolation piece; pouring of the equipment foundation is carried out on the concrete cushion layer in the sludge isolation piece; and after the strength of the equipment foundation is larger than a threshold value, the sludge isolation piece is hoisted out.
