The invention provides a device for fixing a back-attached water-stop belt of a pipe gallery. The device comprises a rubber belt and connecting rods, wherein the rubber belt is connected with the back-attached water-stop belt, one ends of the connecting rods are connected with the rubber belt, the connecting rods are correspondingly arranged on the two opposite sides of the rubber belt, and the other ends of the connecting rods are connected with reinforcement in a deformation joint. The device has the beneficial effects that the rubber belt and the connecting rods are arranged, so as to restrain the back-attached water-stop belt from the outside, thus the problem that since the convex surface of the back-attached water-stop belt is embedded into concrete too shallow, the back-attached water-stop belt falls off from the surface of the concrete is solved, and thus the situation that the back-attached water-stop belt can be firmly connected with the pipe gallery is improved.
