The invention discloses environment-friendly dredging equipment for bottom mud in areas with serious pollution of rivers and lakes. The environment-friendly dredging equipment comprises a dredger which can travel on the river and lake water surface and is used for dredging, and ground equipment which is connected with the dredger and is used for retreating the bottom mud; the dredger comprises a dredger body and bottom mud collecting equipment arranged on the dredger body; and the bottom mud collecting equipment comprises a bottom mud impacting piece arranged at the front end of the dredger body and a collecting device arranged at the rear end of the dredger body and used for collecting impacted bottom mud. The environment-friendly dredging equipment is reasonable in overall structural design, dredging treatment can be conducted on a river and lake polluted area through matching of the dredger and the ground equipment, the bottom mud is treated through the ground equipment and then transported out of a field for waste utilization, and separated sewage can be directly discharged to the rivers and lakes again after being treated.
