The invention relates to the technical field of bottom mud dredging, and discloses environment-friendly dredging and curing modification integrated equipment for bottom mud dredging, wherein the equipment comprises a sand-water separator; with a cutter suction dredging vessel, bottom mud dredging is achieved under the condition of not constructing a cofferdam, disturbance of traditional water conservancy dredging to natural water is avoided, and release of pollutants in bottom mud to non-flowing water is limited; the environment quality of a water body is comprehensively improved to the maximum extent through ex-situ treatment of the pollutants in water body sediments, according to the technological process of solidification modification treatment and resource utilization of the dredged bottom mud, firstly, impurities in the bottom mud are separated through a vibrating screen so as to protect follow-up treatment equipment; secondly, an organic conditioner is added to improve the water holding performance of the bottom mud, and bottom mud concentration and reduction and enhancement of water holding are achieved; and finally, a dehydration curing agent is added into the concentrated bottom mud, dehydrating and drying are achieved by using mechanical filter pressing equipment, and a dried mud cake is transported outwards for resource utilization.
