The invention provides a road gutter inlet water draining well structure comprising a water draining well bottom plate and a water draining well side wall. A water draining passageway is defined by the water draining well bottom plate and the water draining well side wall. A grate assembly is arranged over the water draining passageway. A cast-in-place gutter inlet well loop is arranged around thegrate assembly. A concave table structure where the grate assembly is embedded is formed by the gutter inlet well loop and the upper surface of the water draining well side wall. The grate assembly comprises a grate and a support component. The grate is supported on the upper surface of the water draining well side wall through the support component. The support component comprises a first support, a second support and multiple height regulation mechanisms. The grate is supported on the first support and is detachably connected with the first support. The second support is fixedly connected with the water draining well side wall. The first support is connected with the second support through the multiple height regulation mechanisms. The invention further provides a construction method ofthe road gutter inlet water draining well structure. The road gutter inlet water draining well structure solves the problem that due to the fact that the gutter inlet grate and the road surface are not on the same plane, driving bumpiness and road congestion are caused.
