The template comprises an inner die frame, an outer die frame and a scissor jack; one end of the scissor jack is connected with the middle of a left inner template through a first transmission rod and a first flange platein sequence, and the other end of the scissor jack is connected with the middle of a right inner template through a second transmission rod and a second flange plate in sequence; a positioning plateis erected between the left outer template and the left inner template and/or between the right outer template and the right inner template, a linear positioning groove is formed in the positioning plate, two positioning bolts capable of sliding on the positioning plate are installed in the positioning groove, and a template fixing groove formed in the longitudinal center line direction of the inner die frame is formed in the middle of the inner die frame; a template fixing block is placed on the template fixing groove, the front end of the template fixing block abuts against the inner wall ofa front outer template, and the rear end of the template fixing block abuts against the inner wall of a rear outer template. The template is convenient to install and low in labor intensity of workers.
