A plurality of leaking tanks are formed in the top of the floor drain top cover, a plurality of friction bumps are arranged at thetop of the position, around the leaking tanks, of the floor drain top cover, a mounting clamping box is fixedly clamped to the inner lower part of the mounting convex edge, a large particle filter plate is fixedly clamped to the top of the mounting clamping box, and the bottom of the mounting clamping box is fixedly connected with a fixed sleeve. According to the municipal drainage floor drain, fallen leaves or other large garbage carried by rain water are blocked by the friction bumps arranged at the top of the floor drain top cover and not enter into the floor drain box body following the rain water through the leaking tanks, large particle sediment which follows the rain water into the floor drain box body is filtered by the large particle filter plate, and small particle sediment following the rain water enters into the mounting clamping box.
