The invention relates to an automatic drainage floor drain. The automatic drainage floor drain comprises a floor drain body, a flow guide plate and a control assembly; a drainage channel is arranged in the floor drain body; the flow guide plate is arranged on one end of the floor drain body in a covering mode, a penetrating hole communicating with the drainage channel is formed in the flow guide plate, at least one flow guide face is arranged on the flow guide plate, the flow guide face is arranged in an inclined or arc-shaped mode, one end, close to the edge of the flow guide plate, of the flow guide face is higher than one end, close to the penetrating hole, of the flow guide face; and the control assembly comprises a supporting rod, a moving part and a reset structure, the supporting rod is arranged on the inner wall of the drainage channel, the moving part is slidably connected to the supporting rod, the reset structure is arranged between the supporting rod and the moving part, a panel is arranged at one end, close to the flow guide plate, of the moving part, the panel is in sealing fit with the penetrating hole under the action of the reset structure, and when the stress on the panel reaches or exceeds the preset pressure, the penetrating hole is opened through the panel. The penetrating hole of the automatic drainage floor drain can be automatically opened and closed to realize automatic drainage, and sealing of the penetrating hole can be ensured under the condition of no water flow.
