According to the technical scheme, the concrete heat insulation external wall is characterized by comprising steel bars arranged vertically and stirrups arranged transversely; the steel bars and the stirrups define to form a reinforcement cage; concrete is poured to the reinforcement cage; the concrete in the reinforcement cage forms an external wall body; an inner wall is arranged inside the external wall body; an expansion joint is formed between the adjacent external wall bodies; a filling part is arranged in the expansion joint; the filling part is made of a deformable material; the adjacent external wall bodies are provided with filling grooves; the filling grooves communicate with the expansion joint to form a T-shapedstructure; when the filling part is mounted in the expansion joint, the filling grooves can be filled with high-strength mortar; and the expansion joint is arranged in the middle part of the heat insulation external wall and can effectively protect the wall bodies against cracks.
