Each prefabricated wall body comprises prefabricated cup type bases, a prefabricated ground beam, prefabricated columns, a prefabricated wall board, a prefabricated wall cap and prefabricated column caps, wherein the prefabricated ground beam is erected on the two prefabricated cup type bases, the prefabricated columns are vertically installed in cup type grooves of the two prefabricated cup type bases respectively, the prefabricated wall board is connected in grooves of the two prefabricated columns in a clamped mode, the top of the prefabricated wall board is connected in a bottom groove of the prefabricated wall cap in a clamped mode, and the prefabricated column caps are installed at the two ends of the prefabricated wall cap. By means of the full-prefabricated concrete assembly type wall and the construction method thereof, the effects that the the full-prefabricated concrete assembly type wall is convenient to construct and good in appearance quality are achieved, and meanwhile, the problem that continuous wet work construction cannot be carried out in a plateau high altitude area in a low-temperature state is solved.
