Tunnel dust removal device and use method
The invention discloses a tunnel dust removal device. The tunnel dust removal device comprises a walking trolley, a dust remover, a running rail and a rail shield. The dust remover, the running rail and the rail shield are arranged on the walking trolley. The running rail is surrounded by the three faces or four faces of the rail shield, and the walking trolley and the rail shield can move along the running rail. During blasting, the rail shield can at least shield a certain length of the running rail which is close to a tunnel face. The walking trolley and the rail shield can move on the running rail, the rail shield is moved to the end, close to the tunnel face, of the running rail before blasting and shields a certain length of running rail, flying stones can be blocked outside and prevented from falling on the rail, and the rail shield can be remotely controlled to retreat after blasting. The walking trolley provided with the dust remover is controlled to enter the tunnel for dustremoval operation. The invention further discloses a use method of the tunnel dust removal device.
