Cement-based waterproof material and preparation technology thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of cement-based waterproof materials and particularly relates to a cement-based waterproof material and a preparation technology thereof. The cement-basedwaterproof material comprises, by weight, 15-20 parts of plant straw, 45-50 parts of cement, 25-30 parts of quartz sand, 10-15 parts of inorganic filler, 35-40 parts of polyacrylate solution, 16-20 parts of phospholipid molecule solution, 0.5-1 part of tetramethyl thiuram disulfide, and 1-2 parts of polyether modified organosilicone. According to the preparation technology of the cement-based waterproof material, the softened plant straw is twisted into a thick twist shape through a twisting and segmenting device, besides, segmentation treatment is conducted, and then small twist-shaped plantstalk segments are dispersed in cement mortar; and in this way, the tensile strength of the cement base can be improved, and the cement-based waterproof material is prevented from cracking during use.At the same time, the thick plant straw is of a fluffy porous structure, then the thick plant straw can play a role in water retention similar to ceramsite, the water inside the plant straw can be released in the later stage of the cement mortar, so that the cement can be fully hydrated, and then the strength of the cement-based waterproof material is improved.
本发明属于水泥基防水材料技术领域,具体的说是一种水泥基防水材料及其制备工艺,包括以下重量组分的原料:植物秸秆15‑20份、水泥45‑50份、石英砂25‑30份、无机填料10‑15份、聚丙烯酸酯溶液35‑40份、磷脂分子溶液16‑20份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.5‑1份、聚醚改性有机硅型1‑2份;本发明通过搓捻分段装置将将软化后的植物秸秆搓捻成较粗的麻花状,且进行分段处理,从而将小段的麻花状的植物秸秆分散在水泥浆的内部可增加水泥基的抗拉扯强度,且可防止水泥基防水材料在使用中发生开裂的现象,同时粗的植物秸秆为蓬松多孔结构,那么就可以起到类似陶粒保水的作用,在水泥砂浆后期可将植物秸秆内部的水分释放出,使得水泥能够充分水化,进而增加了该水泥基防水材料的强度。
