Novel composite material scaffold rod and manufacturing process thereof
The invention relates to a novel composite material scaffold rod and a manufacturing process thereof. The scaffold rod comprises a rod main body (1) which is an integrated glass fiber reinforced polyurethane resin member by primary extrusion forming. The rod main body is in a cylindrical tubular shape, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs (11) are uniformly arranged on the inner circle surface in around array shape. Reinforcing protecting end covers (2) which are integrated metal members are arranged at two ends of the rod main body (1), the end part of the rod main body (1) is inserted into aU-shaped mounting cavity (21), the reinforcing ribs (11) are inserted into opened slots (22), filling adhesive cavities (4) are formed thereamong, and the filling adhesive cavities (4) are filled with polyurethane structural adhesives (3). The novel composite material scaffold rod is simple and novel in structure, high in mechanical strength, high in bearing capacity, light in weight, energy-saving and environmental-friendly, advanced and sophisticated in manufacturing process and easy to implement, and can improve the manufacturing efficiency and lower the manufacturing cost.
