Novel composite floor and manufacturing process thereof
The invention relates to a novel composite floor, which sequentially comprises a bottom layer, a middle layer and a surface layer from bottom to top. The manufacturing process comprises the steps that (1) manufacturing the middle layer: sawing solid wood into sheet-shaped wood boards for standby application; 2) manufacturing a bottom layer: heating polyvinyl chloride and calcium carbonate at a high temperature, and plasticizing and extruding a sheet through a mold; 3) manufacturing a surface layer: manufacturing a sheet on the same bottom layer, and obtaining the surface layer through hot compress of a color film decoration layer and a wear-resistant layer; and 4) compounding: performing hot-pressing compounding on the bottom layer, the middle layer and the surface layer. The floor has the advantages that the structural design is reasonable, the floor is formed by compounding multiple layers of boards, compared with an existing wood board, polyvinyl chloride and calcium carbonate are subjected to high-temperature plasticization, the longitudinal and transverse drawing force of the floor is improved, the surface layer is prepared in the same mode as the bottom layer, and the color film decoration layer and the wear-resistant layer are arranged on the surface layer; and in conclusion, the novel composite floor is overall resistant to terrestrial heat, resistant to cracking and good in stability. The good market popularization values are realized.
本发明涉及一种新型复合地板,自下至上依次包括底层、中间层、表层。制造工艺包括:1)制作中间层:将实木锯成片状木板,备用;2)制作底层:将聚氯乙烯和碳酸钙高温加热后,经过模具塑化挤出片材;3)制作表层:同底层制作出片材后,通过热敷彩膜装饰层和耐磨层得到表层;4)复合:将底层、中间层、表层热压复合。本发明优点在于:本发明结构设计合理,有多层板复合而成,与现有的木板相比,聚氯乙烯和碳酸钙经过高温塑化,提升了地板的纵向和横向的拉伸力,表层在于底层相同的制备方式之外,通过热敷彩膜装饰层和耐磨层,达到了更好的观感和使用耐久度,综上所述的复合木板,总体抗地热,防开裂,稳定性好。具有很好的市场推广价值。
