The invention discloses a preparation method of a composite geomembrane which comprises a copper foil layer, an impermeable layer, an aluminum foil layer, a flexible layer and a conductive layer; andthe copper foil layer, the impermeable layer, the aluminum foil layer, the flexible layer and the conductive layer are sequentially stacked and combined together; the upper surface of the aluminum foil layer is connected with the lower surface of the impermeable layer in an attached mode. The upper surface of the flexible layer is connected with the lower surface of the aluminum foil layer in an attached mode. And the conductive layer is embedded in the lower surface of the flexible layer and is formed by mutually connecting conductive sheets and then arranging the conductive sheets. The composite geomembrane has higher chemical corrosion resistance, stability and puncture resistance, and permeation of chemical harmful substances can be more effectively prevented.
