The invention discloses a composite geomembrane and a manufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of geomembranes. The composite geomembrane solves the problem that at present, folds are prone to appearing in construction of geomembranes. The composite geomembrane comprises a first waterproof layer, an anti-folding layer and a second waterproof layer. The anti-folding layer is composed of triangular unit structures. The composite geomembrane is simple in structure, the three-layer composite membrane structure is adopted, the upper waterproof layer and the lower waterproof layer are adopted, and therefore a good waterproof effect can be achieved; the anti-folding layer in the middle is composed of the triangular units, and therefore the structure is stable; and meanwhile PP materials are adopted, and the anti-folding effect can be achieved due to hardness and elasticity. The composite geomembrane is convenient and fast to lay and convenient to use, folds are not prone to appearing during construction, no complex construction modes are needed, and manpower and material resources are greatly saved. The manufacturing process is simple, and the composite geomembrane and the manufacturing method are suitable for large-scale production.
