The invention provides quartz glass powder plastic concrete and a preparation method thereof. The quartz glass powder plastic concrete is prepared from water, a cementing material, coarse aggregate, sand and a water reducing agent, and the cementing material is prepared from cement, admixture, bentonite and/or clay and quartz glass powder; the mixing ratio parameters of the quartz glass powder plastic concrete are as follows: the water-binder ratio is 0.5-2.0, the sand ratio is 40-100%, and the unit water consumption is 220-350kg/m < 3 >; the dosage of the coarse aggregate is 0-1200kg/m < 3 >;the mixing amount of the water reducing agent is 0-2.5% of the mass of the cementing material; the mixing amount of the admixture is 0-50% of the mass of the cementing material; the mixing amount ofbentonite and/or clay is 20%-80% of the mass of the cementing material; the doping amount of the quartz glass powder is 0.5-10% of the mass of the cementing material. By adding the quartz glass powderinto the plastic concrete, the impermeability of the plastic concrete is improved.
