Vacuum impregnation protection system for unearthed cultural relics
The invention discloses a vacuum impregnation protection system for unearthed cultural relics. The vacuum impregnation protection system comprises a vacuum impregnation device and a PDMS/SiO2 inorganic-organic nano composite material as an impregnant material, the vacuum impregnation device comprises a mounting frame; an air exhaust base which is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the inner surfaceof the mounting frame, wherein the bottom of the air exhaust base is communicated with an air exhaust pipe, and one end of the air exhaust pipe is communicated with a vacuum pump. According to the vacuum impregnation protection system for unearthed cultural relics, the air exhaust base is arranged to be matched with a conveying assembly, and an impregnant is added into a first sealing cover whilevacuumizing is conducted; and by arranging a degassing film, it can be guaranteed that liquid cannot leak out while degassing is conducted, a double-cavity system is changed into one system, meanwhile, by arranging a flow increasing assembly, after vacuum soaking is completed, air flow on the surfaces of cultural relics can be increased, the curing speed can be increased, and the whole vacuum soaking efficiency can be improved.
本发明公开了一种出土文物的真空浸渍保护系统,包括真空浸渍装置和以PDMS/SiO2无机‑有机纳米复合材料为浸渍剂材料;所述真空浸渍装置包括安装架;抽气底座,所述抽气底座固定安装于所述安装架内表面的底部,所述抽气底座的底部连通有抽气管,所述抽气管的一端与真空泵连通;该出土文物的真空浸渍保护系统,该真空浸渍装置通过设置抽气底座配合输送组件在对抽真空的同时将浸渍剂加入到第一密封罩内部,且通过设置脱气膜,可以在脱气的同时保证液体不会漏出,将双腔系统改为一个系统,同时通过设置增流组件,当真空浸泡结束后可以增加文物表面的气流,提高固化的速度,提高整个真空浸渍的效率。
