Composite ceramic nanofiber membrane as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a composite ceramic nanofiber membrane as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving polyvinylpyrrolidone in ethanol as a spinning precursor solution; adding a substance source of a ceramic material, a corresponding solvent and a corresponding auxiliary agent into the precursor solution, and preparing the precursor solution into nanofibers by utilizing microfluid jet spinning equipment under the conditions that the distance between a metal needle and a receiver is kept to be 10-50 cm, the liquid flow rate is kept to be 0.5-4 mL/h and the air pressure is kept to be 0.2-3 MPa, the obtained fiber membrane is collected in a roll-to-roll mode, and the rotating shaft speed is kept to be 100-300 r/min; and roasting the nanofibers in high-temperature air to obtain the loose and porous ceramic nanofiber membrane. The prepared ceramic fiber membrane is large in specific surface area, high in porosity and good in photocatalytic performance and antibacterial performance, and can be applied to the fields of air filtration, personal antibacterial protection and the like.
复合陶瓷纳米纤维膜及其制备方法和应用,将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶解在乙醇中作为纺丝前驱液;向前驱液中添加陶瓷材料的物质源以及相应的溶剂、助剂,利用微流体喷气纺丝设备,保持金属针头与接收器之间距离为10‑50 cm,液体流速为0.5‑4 mL/h,气压0.2‑3 MPa的条件下,采用卷对卷方式收集所得纤维膜,其中转轴速度为100‑300 r/min。在高温空气中焙烧后得到疏松多孔的陶瓷纳米纤维膜。本发明制备的陶瓷纤维膜比表面积大、孔隙率高、光催化性能及抗菌性能良好,可用于空气过滤及个人抗菌防护等领域。
