Ceramic nanofiber tube shell as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of pipeline heat preservation, and discloses a ceramic nanofiber pipe shell and a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating waste aluminum silicate fibers to obtain a fiber raw material with the average length of 5-50mm; (2) carrying out contact mixing on a fiber raw material, an additive and a binding agent to obtain a first mixed material, and carrying out molding treatment on the first mixed material to obtain a precursor; (3) carrying out first drying treatment on the precursor; by adopting the method provided by the invention to prepare the ceramic nanofiber tube shell, not only can the comprehensive utilization rate of the waste aluminum silicate wool be effectively improved, but also a ceramic nanofiber tube shell product with excellent performance can be obtained.
本发明涉及管道保温技术领域,公开了一种陶瓷纳米纤维管壳及其制备方法和应用。该方法包括:(1)将废旧硅酸铝纤维进行预处理,得到平均长度为5‑50mm的纤维原料;(2)将纤维原料、添加剂与结合剂进行接触混合,得到第一混合物料,并将第一混合物料进行成型处理,得到前驱体;(3)将前驱体进行第一干燥处理。采用本发明提供的方法制备陶瓷纳米纤维管壳,不但能够有效提高废旧硅酸铝棉的综合利用率,还能获得性能优异的陶瓷纳米纤维管壳产品。
