The device comprises a joint-crossing middle toothed plate, a left toothed plate anda right toothed plate, the joint-crossing middle toothed plate is arranged on the expansion joint; two opposite sides of the joint-crossing middle toothed plate are respectively connected with a lefttoothed plate and a right toothed plate; the left toothed plate is arranged on concrete in the left side of the expansion joint; the right toothed plate is arranged on concrete in the right side of the expansion joint; the device further comprises a plurality of displacement control assemblies, each displacement control mechanism comprises guide rails, a connecting rod assembly and an elastic element, the guide rails are arranged at the two sides of the expansion joint, the guide rails at the two sides of the expansion joint are movably connected with the connecting rod assembly, the midpointof the connecting rod assembly is movably connected with the elastic element, and the elastic element is connected with the joint-crossing middle toothed plate. Through cooperation of the connectingrod assembly and the guide rails, it is guaranteed that the seam width formed by the two sides of the seam-crossing middle toothed plate and the left toothed plate and the seam width formed by the twosides of the seam-crossing middle toothed plate and the right toothed plate are uniform, and the driving comfort is improved.
