According to the reinforced pi-shaped comb tooth type telescopic device and the installation technology thereof, a hoisting assembly is directly hoisted in a reserved groove, then four penetrating steel bars penetrate through one embedded steel bar set, two penetrating steel bars penetrate through all penetrating grooves of an anchoring plate set, and finally only pouring materials need to be poured. The installation of the expansion joint device can be completed; by integrally installing the expansion joint device, the installation time is shortened, and the strength of the expansion joint device is enhanced; the installation technology comprises the steps that S1, the embedded steel bars are embedded in the reserved grooves; s2, the whole hoisting assembly is assembled in a factory; s3, the preformed groove is cleaned; s4, arranging anchor plates in an anchor plate group of the hoisting assembly and embedded steel bars in an embedded steel bar group in a staggered manner; s5, four penetrating steel bars penetrate through one embedded steel bar set, and two penetrating steel bars penetrate through all the penetrating grooves of the anchoring plate set; and S6, the hoisting assembly is poured and fixed into the reserved groove through a pouring material.
