The invention discloses a construction technology for a punching filling pile. The construction technology comprises the following steps that S1, construction preparation is conducted; S2, slurry preparation is performed; S3, a pile casting is embedded, wherein the pile casing is composed of two sets of half cylinder bodies, two sets of connection blocking mechanisms are arranged on the outer wall of the pile casing, and the connection blocking mechanisms are located at the joint of the two sets of half cylinder bodies; S4, a working platform is laid; S5, electromechanical equipment is installed and positioned, the electromechanical equipment comprises a punching pile machine with a punch hammer and a top supporting plate, a terminal control module and a touch display module, a guide mechanism is arranged at the top end of the punch hammer, a perpendicularity adjusting mechanism is arranged outside the guide mechanism, and a perpendicularity reference mechanism is arranged at the top of the guide mechanism; S6, punching is conducted; S7, cleaning the hole and checking the quality of the formed hole; S8, lowering a reinforcement cage; S9, underwater concrete is poured; S10, the pile casing is pulled out; and S11, checking the quality. The punching hammer is reasonable in structural design, deviation of the punching hammer in the construction process is reduced when the punching hammer is used, and therefore the situation that punching fails due to the fact that large errors are generated during punching is avoided.
