The invention relates to a double-row steel sheet pile cofferdam. The double-row steel sheet pile cofferdam comprises two rows of Larsen steel sheet piles arranged in parallel, guide rail columns fixedly connected to the downstream faces of outwards-protruding parts of the Larsen steel sheet piles and parallel to the Larsen steel sheet piles, and connecting pieces with the two ends connected to the guide rail columns in a sliding mode correspondingly, wherein the guide rail columns are arranged at the maximum deformation positions of the steel sheet piles and partially higher than the water surface, each guide rail column is provided with a sliding way extending in the length direction of the guide rail column, and each connecting piece comprises a fixed sleeve and a sliding rod inserted into the fixed sleeve in a sliding mode in the axial direction of the fixed sleeve; and the end, close to the Larsen steel sheet piles, of each of the fixed sleeve and the sliding rod is provided witha sliding base connected to the corresponding sliding way in a sliding mode, and the fixed sleeve is provided with an adjusting piece for adjusting the relative sliding position of the sliding rod andthe fixed sleeve. The double-row steel sheet pile cofferdam disclosed by the invention has the effect of more effectively limiting the displacement and bending moment of the double-row steel sheet piles.
