By arranging the transmission mechanism and the limiting mechanism, the cofferdam plates and the transverse plates are rapidly installed and fixed, when the positions of the cofferdam plates on the two sides deviate, the length between the movable plates and the transverse plates can be adjusted through the transmission mechanism so as to be matched with the distance between the cofferdam plates on the two sides, and the working efficiency is further improved.
