The invention relates to a protective cover for preventing object falling from high altitude. The protective cover comprises a protective cover body, wherein the protective cover body is made of a transparent material; ventilation holes are formed in the protective cover body; and screw hole positions are formed in four corners of the protective cover body and are used for fixing the protective cover body on a wall at the periphery of a window through screws. The protective cover for preventing object falling from high altitude can effectively prevent object throwing from high altitude; a plurality of layers of areas are arranged, and the ventilation holes which are gradually reduced are formed from top to bottom, so that the ventilation effect is improved while object throwing from high altitude is prevented; and the protective cover is made of a high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant glass fiber material, so that the service life of the protective cover is prolonged.
