The invention discloses a bearing type shock absorption support. The shock absorption support comprises a core material, a sleeve, a filling material, sealing mechanisms and a supporting mechanism, wherein a main body of the core material is arranged in the sleeve; the sealing mechanisms are arranged at the two ends of the sleeve to seal the sleeve; the supporting mechanism is connected with a corresponding part of the core material, so that the core material, the sleeve, the sealing mechanisms and the supporting mechanism form at least two filling spaces in the sleeve, and the filling material is filled in each filling space. The bearing type shock absorption support provided by the invention has a light weight, can save materials, save preparation cost and transportation cost, and can improve the convenience of installation at the same time.
