A regulating device used for regulating the position of the color steel plate body is arranged in each mountingbox. The regulating device comprises a first driving component, a second driving component and a third driving component, wherein the first driving component is used for driving the color steel platebody to move in the Z-axis direction, the second driving component is used for driving the color steel plate body to move in the Y-axis direction, and the third driving component is used for drivingthe color steel plate body to move in the X-axis direction. The high weathering-resistant heat-insulated color steel plate has the effect that the color steel plate body does not need to be manually lifted all the time in the alignment process of two color steel plate bodies.
