Damp-proof underground garage building structure
The invention discloses a damp-proof underground garage building structure which comprises a concrete layer poured on a soil layer, wherein load-bearing walls are built on the concrete layer; a reserved groove is dug and arranged in the side wall of the concrete layer; a plurality of partition plates are embedded in the reserved groove; air holes are formed in the side walls of the partition plates; each magnetic sliding plate is connected between the corresponding two adjacent partition plates in a sealing and sliding manner; a permeation pipe is buried in the soil layer; unidirectional liquid outlet pipes are arranged between the permeation pipe and the reserved groove in a communicating manner; an air discharge pipe is buried in the concrete layer; and unidirectional liquid inlet pipescommunicating with the inside of the air discharge pipe are mounted at the side wall of the air discharge pipe. According to the damp-proof underground garage building structure, the magnetic slidingplates in the reserved groove can be driven to move up and down when vehicles run on the garage ground so as to initiatively suck water vapor in the soil layer into the air discharge pipe and then discharge the water vapor, so that the water vapor is prevented from permeating to the indoor ground; and therefore, the situation of damp of the underground garage ground is greatly reduced and trafficaccidents caused by damp pavements are effectively avoided.
本发明公开了一种防潮型地下车库建筑结构,包括浇筑在土壤层上方的混凝土层,所述混凝土层上方砌筑有承重墙,所述混凝土层的侧壁挖设有预留槽,所述预留槽内嵌设有多个隔板,所述隔板的侧壁开设有气孔,每两个相邻的隔板之间密封滑动连接有磁制的滑板,所述土壤层内埋设有渗透管,所述渗透管与预留槽之间连通有单向出液管,所述混凝土层内埋设有排气管,所述排气管的侧壁安装有与其内部相通的单向进液管。本发明通过车辆在车库地面行进时,可引起预留槽内磁制的滑板上下移动,可主动的将土壤层的水蒸汽抽入排气管中再排出,避免水蒸气渗透至室内地面,从而大大减轻地下车库地面潮湿的情形,有效防止潮湿的路面引发交通事故。
