The invention discloses a road surface humidity adjustment system including a road pier and a base. A water storage space is opened in the road pier, a solar cell panel is fixedly connected with the top of the road pier, a water inlet pipeline penetrating through the water storage space is arranged in the solar cell plate, the water inlet pipe and an outside connecting position are connected witha filter screen in a sealing mode, a circulation structure absorbing dew is connected with the side wall of the road pier, the circulation structure includes a first air inlet formed in the side wallof the road pier, a sliding chamber opened in the inner wall of the road pier communicates with the first air inlet, a sliding plate is arranged in the sliding chamber in a sealing and sliding mode, and a plurality of springs are fixedly connected with the sliding plate. The system has the advantages that lateral wind driven by traffic stream achieves the circulation process of air in a hydraulicchamber, so that wetting and cooling air is cooled after heated in primary circulation, the liquefaction amount of the air can be increased, water in the air can be achieved, and is used for humidification and dust removal work of a road during the day, and the environment-friendly and energy-saving effect can be achieved.
