The invention discloses a multi-layer classification device for archive management. The multi-layer classification device comprises a cabinet body and electric drawers; a plurality of cabinets are mounted at the upper half part of the cabinet body; and the cabinets are provided with cabinet doors in a hinged mode. The electric drawers are arranged in the cabinets; partition plates are fixedly welded to the interiors of the electric drawers at equal intervals, a fingerprint lock and a coded lock are installed on each cabinet door to realize double guarantees, a display screen is arranged aboveeach fingerprint lock, a handle is fixedly welded to the left side of each cabinet door, push-pull drawers are arranged on the lower half portion of the cabinet body, and universal wheels are installed at the bottom of the cabinet body. Archives are divided into two categories through the cabinets and the push-and-pull drawers, the multiple layers of cabinets and the multiple push- pull drawers are arranged, the partition plates can prevent the archives from being placed irregularly, the electric drawers can collect the archives more conveniently, confidentiality is enhanced, the problem of file placement is solved, and the working efficiency is improved.
