The invention discloses a descaling device, an intelligent toilet lid with the descaling device and a toilet. A power unit inputs power to push a piston to move forwards, descaling liquid is pumped out of a liquid outlet of a cylinder barrel and can be pumped into an intelligent toilet lid and a closestool urinal to be descaled and cleaned, and therefore a new mode is provided for descaling and cleaning of the toilet, and the problem that in the prior art, the descaling mode is single is solved. The descaling device is combined with an existing intelligent toilet lid, and resources can be fully utilized. The liquid outlet of the descaling device can be communicated with a bidet in the intelligent toilet lid, so that the bidet can be descaled; according to the descaling device, an air pumpis used as a pressure source and can share one air pump with the bidet, so that one air pump can be saved; the water inlet of the descaling device can be connected with a liquid circulation pipeline,so that the intelligent toilet lid and the descaling device can share one water source, dual purposes of one water source are achieved, pipe distribution is simplified, and cost is saved.
