The invention belongs to the field of environment-friendly materials, and provides a method for curing muck and preparing a baking-free brick, which is low in raw material price, simple in process, mechanized in production and good in durability. In order to solve the technical problems, the method adopted by the invention is as follows: weighing raw materials according to a specified proportion,stirring, curing, pressing and molding to realize harmless curing treatment of the muck, and preparing the baking-free brick. The baking-free brick is prepared from 80-95 parts of the muck (includingsludge, construction waste soil, construction waste, subway waste soil and the like), 0-10 parts of cement, 0-1 part of acrylic acid, 1-4 parts of magnesium chloride, 0-6 parts of calcium chloride, 0-1 part of calcium oxide, 0-1 part of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 0-1 part of sodium aluminate, 0-0.5 part of magnesium oxide, 0-0.4 part of ammonium persulfate and 4.5-8 parts of water. The methodcomprises the following steps: (1) weighing the raw materials; (2) stirring; (3) curing; (4) pressing; and (5) maintaining.
