The preparation method of the mudstone stratum shield muck baking-free brick comprises the following steps: pretreatment; drying the mud cake; crushing and screening; mixing the raw materials; and carrying out compression molding and maintenance. The compressive strength, breaking strength, softening coefficient and the like of the baking-free brick are remarkably improved, and the problems of poor appearance quality, poor durability and the like of the baking-free brick are solved.
