High-temperature-corrosion-resistant paint, coating and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a high-temperature-corrosion-resistant paint which comprises the following components in percentage by volume: 40-50% of potash water glass, 50-60% of zirconium oxide and 1-10%of boron glass, wherein the zirconium oxide is monodisperse spherical zirconium oxide particles with the particle size of 5-10 microns; and the boron glass is monodisperse boron glass powder of whichthe average particle size is 0.4 time of the particle size of the zirconium oxide particles. The invention further provides a coating prepared from the above paint, and further provides a preparationmethod of the coating. The coating provided by the invention has few pores and long service life; and the coating is simple to prepare, low in cost and suitable for protecting heating surfaces of various solid fuel boilers from high-temperature corrosion.
