Quaternary composite ceramic coating formula and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a quaternary composite ceramic coating formula which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1-80 parts of Al2O3, 0.1 to 66 parts of Cr2O3; 0.1 to 60 parts of TiO2; and 0.1 to 60 parts of SiO2. Preferably, the formula comprises the following components in parts by mass: 60 parts of Al2O3; 26 parts of Cr2O3; 8 parts of TiO2; and 6 parts of SiO2. The inventionfurther discloses a preparation method of the coating. By regulating and controlling the content of Al2O3 in the ceramic coating, the low Cr content is achieved, the porosity, hardness, binding force,electrochemical corrosion performance and abrasion performance of the coating are optimized, and the influence on the environment is small. According to the preparation method, the plasma spray gun is used for preheating the base body, the temperature difference between the coating material and the base body is reduced, the hardness and binding force of the coating can be enhanced, and thereforethe purpose of improving the performance of the coating is achieved.
本发明公开了一种四元复合陶瓷涂层配方,按质量份数计,所述配方包含Al2O3:0.1~80份;Cr2O3:0.1~66份;TiO2:0.1‑60份;SiO2:0.1‑60份。优选配比为:按质量份数计,包含Al2O3:60份;Cr2O3:26份;TiO2:8份;SiO2:6份。本发明还公开了所述涂层的制备方法。本发明通过调控陶瓷涂层中Al2O3含量,实现了低Cr含量,使涂层从气孔率、硬度、结合力、电化学腐蚀性能及磨损性能的优化,而且对环境影响小。从制备方法上,通过等离子喷枪对基体进行预热,减小了涂层材料与基体间的温差,有利于增强涂层的硬度、结合力,从而达到提高涂层性能的目的。
