High-performance ceramic composite coating and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-performance ceramic composite coating and a preparation method thereof. The high-performance ceramic composite coating is prepared from, by weight, a silica sol solution, nano ceramic powder, nano aluminum oxide, a potassium silicate solution, glass fiber, carbon fiber powder and the like. The preparation method of the coating comprises the following steps that the nano ceramic powder, the nano aluminum oxide, the glass fiber and the like are mixed to obtain mixed powder; the silica sol solution, the potassium silicate solution, the polyacrylate resin, the magnesium hydroxide and the ammonium polyphosphate are uniformly stirred; the mixed powder is added in three times; and finally, the defoaming agent is added and uniformly mixed. The preparation method hasthe beneficial effects that the prepared nano ceramic powder enables the coating to have very strong oxidation resistance and high-temperature resistance, the hardness of the coating is greatly improved, the service life is greatly prolonged, the coating is non-toxic and harmless, and the coating can resist high temperature, acid and alkali, wear and insulate and has good mechanical and physical properties.
本发明公开了一种高性能陶瓷复合涂料及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的原料:硅溶胶溶液、纳米陶瓷粉末、纳米氧化铝、硅酸钾溶液、玻璃纤维、碳纤维粉等,涂料制备方法如下:将纳米陶瓷粉末、纳米氧化铝、玻璃纤维等混合得混合粉料;将硅溶胶溶液、硅酸钾溶液、聚丙烯酸酯树脂和氢氧化镁、聚磷酸铵搅拌均匀;将混合粉料分三次加入;最后加入消泡剂混匀。本发明的有益效果为:制备得到的纳米陶瓷粉末使得涂料的涂层具有很强的抗氧化与耐高温性能,涂层的硬度大大提高,极大的延长了使用寿命,且无毒无害,涂层可以耐高温,耐酸耐碱,耐磨绝缘,力学和物理性能好。
