Manganese-zinc ferrite, preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses manganese-zinc ferrite, a preparation method and application thereof. The method for preparing the manganese-zinc ferrite comprises the following steps: (1) mixing manganese-zinc ferrite waste with a rare earth oxide to obtain a doped material; (2) carrying out ball-milling treatment on the doped material so as to obtain ball-milled powder; (3) granulating the ball-milled powder so as to obtain a preformed granular material; (4) carrying out compression molding treatment on the preformed granular material to obtain a molded product; and (5) carrying out sintering treatment on the molded product to obtain the manganese-zinc ferrite. By adopting the method, the problem that the soft magnetic property of the electromagnetic heating manganese-zinc ferrite prepared by directly taking the manganese-zinc ferrite waste as the raw material is poor can be effectively solved, the manganese-zinc ferrite waste can be efficiently recycled, resources are saved, environmental pollution is reduced, and the method has a wide application prospect in the field of electromagnetic heating.
本发明公开了锰锌铁氧体及其制备方法和应用。其中制备锰锌铁氧体的方法包括:(1)将锰锌铁氧体废料与稀土氧化物混合,以便得到掺杂物料;(2)将所述掺杂物料进行球磨处理,以便得到球磨粉料;(3)将所述球磨粉料造粒,以便得到预成型颗粒料;(4)将所述预成型颗粒料进行压制成型处理,以便得到成型产物;(5)将所述成型产物进行烧结处理,以便得到锰锌铁氧体。采用该方法不仅可以有效解决直接以锰锌铁氧体废料为原料制备的电磁加热锰锌铁氧体存在软磁性能较差的问题,还可以实现锰锌铁氧体废料的高效循环再利用,节约资源,减少环境污染,在电磁加热领域具有广阔的应用前景。
