The invention provides an anti-ultraviolet super-hydrophobic anti-freezing material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps that grids are carved on thesurface of a nano-silicon dioxide sheet, then the nano-silicon dioxide sheet is placed in a buffer oxide etching liquid to be cleaned with an organic solvent, and finally the nano-silicon dioxide sheet is immersed in a first etching liquid to obtain etched nano-silicon dioxide; the etched nano-silicon dioxide candle is calcined, then vacuum drying and calcining are successively carried out to obtain a silicon dioxide matrix; the nano-titanium dioxide pasty precursor is poured on the surface of the silicon dioxide matrix, and then sintering and cooling are sequentially carried out to obtain theanti-ultraviolet super-hydrophobic anti-freezing material. The invention also discloses the anti-ultraviolet super-hydrophobic anti-freezing material prepared by the method. The preparation process is simple, the obtained anti-ultraviolet super-hydrophobic anti-freezing material has good super-hydrophobic performance, freezing resistance and an anti-ultraviolet function, the surface is resistantto abrasion, and the problems that in the prior art, abrasion and breakage are likely to happen, the service life is short, and use requirements are difficult to meet are effectively solved.
本发明提供了一种抗紫外线超疏水防冻材料及其制备方法,制备方法包括以下步骤:在纳米二氧化硅片材表面刻画栅格,然后置于缓冲氧化物蚀刻液中再用有机溶剂清洗,最后浸入蚀刻液一中,得蚀刻后纳米二氧化硅;将蚀刻后纳米二氧化硅蜡烛煅烧,然后真空干燥,再煅烧,得二氧化硅基质;将纳米二氧化钛糊状前体浇筑在二氧化硅基质表面,然后依次经烧结和冷却,得抗紫外线超疏水防冻材料。本发明还包括采用上述方法制得的抗紫外线超疏水防冻材料。本发明制备流程简单,所得抗紫外线超疏水防冻材料具有较好的超疏水性能、抗冻性和防紫外线功能,表面耐磨损,有效解决了现有技术中易磨损破碎、使用期限较短和难以满足使用需求等问题。
