The invention discloses a resource utilization method of 1-aminoanthraquinone and DSD acid production wastewater. The method comprises the steps of: 1, adding production wastewater, a sulfonating agent, phenol, water and sodium hydroxide into a reaction kettle, performing dissolving and stirring, and mixing the substances uniformly; 2, dropwise adding acetone, carrying out sulfonation reaction, and starting to add a formaldehyde solution dropwise after the sulfonation reaction is finished; 3, conducting heat preservation at the end of dropwise adding; and 4, acquiring a concrete water reducingagent or a coal water slurry dispersing agent at the end of the heat preservation. Specifically, the wastewater in the step 1 is one or two of 1-aminoanthraquinone production wastewater and DSD acidproduction wastewater; a sulfonated acetone formaldehyde condensate or an aminosulfonic acid series formaldehyde condensate is subjected to graft modification, so that the water reducing effect and the dispersing effect are enhanced; pollution and damage to the environment and the human body are prevented, meanwhile, direct cyclic utilization can be achieved, energy consumption is reduced, and secondary pollution and resource waste cannot be caused; the production cost of the water reducing agent or the dispersing agent is reduced.
