The invention discloses a resorcinol production wastewater resource utilization method, which comprises: 1) wastewater pretreatment: neutralizing sulfur dioxide in resorcinol production wastewater with an alkali to form stable sodium sulfite and sodium hydrogen sulfite, detecting the contents of sodium sulfite and sodium hydrogen sulfite, and marking the wastewater subjected to alkali treatment asBTFJ for spare; 2) modifying the sulfonated acetone-formaldehyde condensate by utilizing BTFJ: weighing BTFJ, directly adding BTFJ, or adding BTFJ into a reaction kettle with a condenser after BTFJ is mixed with water, adding a sulfonating agent while stirring, and uniformly stirring and mixing; slowly dropwise adding acetone, continuing sulfonation and heat preservation after dropwise adding iscompleted, and slowly dropwise adding a formaldehyde solution in three times after heat preservation is completed; the method has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in operation, easiness incontrol of reaction conditions, simple production process and no discharge of three wastes, solves the problem of difficulty in treatment of resorcinol production wastewater, realizes cyclic utilization of resources, and has better economic and environment-friendly benefits.
本发明公开了一种间苯二酚生产废水资源化利用的方法,包括如下步骤:1)废水的预处理:首先用碱中和间苯二酚生产废水中的二氧化硫,形成稳定的亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠并检测两者含量,碱处理后的废水标记为BTFJ备用;2)利用BTFJ改性磺化丙酮甲醛缩合物:称取BTFJ直接加入,或与水混合后再加入带有冷凝器的反应釜中,一边搅拌一边加入磺化剂,搅拌混合均匀;缓慢向其中滴加丙酮,滴加完毕后继续磺化保温,保温结束后分三次缓慢滴加甲醛溶液。本发明具有操作简便、反应条件易于控制、生产工艺简单、无“三废”排出的优点,解决了间苯二酚生产废水难处理问题,又实现资源循环利用,具有较好的经济、环保效益。
