Method for relieving temporary support longitudinal constraint during cantilever pouring of prestressed concrete continuous box girder
The invention relates to a method for relieving a temporary support longitudinal constraint during cantilever pouring of a prestressed concrete continuous box girder. A device of the method is composed of an upper-layer high-strength steel plate (1), a lower-layer high-strength steel plate (2), high-strength steel balls (3), bolts (4) and a finish-rolled threaded steel bar (5). The method is characterized in that the high-strength steel balls (3) are placed between two high-strength steel plates with grooves (6), the positions of the grooves (6) of the two high-strength steel plates are in one-to-one correspondence, and the positions, where the high-strength steel balls (3) are placed, in the grooves (6) are coated with a lubricating agent; and the upper-layer high-strength steel plate (1)is temporarily fixed with a beam body through the bolts (4), and the lower-layer high-strength steel plate (2) is fixedly connected with the finish-rolled threaded steel bar (5) for temporary support. The method overcomes a defect that after concrete pouring construction of an existing cantilever beam bridge is completed, concrete cracks due to local stress concentration caused by a longitudinalconstraint of temporary support in a subsequent prestress batch tensioning process, and the method is suitable for various additional devices for removing the longitudinal constraint of the temporarysupport during bridge cantilever pouring.
本发明涉及一种解除预应力混凝土连续箱梁悬臂浇筑时临时支撑纵向约束的方法,所述方法的装置由上层高强度钢板(1)、下层高强度钢板(2)、高强度钢珠(3)、螺栓(4)和精轧螺纹钢筋(5)构成,其特征在于将高强度钢珠(3)放置于有凹槽(6)的两块高强度钢板中间,两块高强度钢板的凹槽(6)位置一一对应,凹槽(6)中放置高强度钢珠(3)的位置涂抹润滑剂。上层高强度钢板(1)与梁体用螺栓(4)临时固定,下层高强度钢板(2)与临时支撑用精轧螺纹钢筋(5)连接固定。本发明克服了目前悬臂梁桥混凝土浇筑施工完成后,在后续的预应力分批张拉过程中因临时支撑的纵向约束导致应力局部集中而使混凝土出现裂缝的缺陷,适用于各类桥梁悬臂浇筑时解除临时支撑纵向约束的附加装置。
