The invention provides a karst area pile foundation construction system and construction method. An upper pile casing of a section-by-section necking follow-up double pile casing is positioned and mounted on a lower pile casing; a bag corresponding to a karst area in position is arranged on the outer side wall of the section-by-section necking follow-up double pile casing; the section-by-section necking follow-up double pile casing is arranged on an inner steel pile casing in a sleeving mode; a reinforcement cage used for pouring a pile foundation is arranged inside the inner steel pile casing; a reinforcement cage limiting support frame is positioned at the top of the reinforcement cage to realize upper limiting of the reinforcement cage; and a floating closed bag is arranged inside a pile hole. According to the karst area pile foundation construction system, the section-by-section necking follow-up double pile casing is arranged, so that positioning protection of the inner steel pilecasing is achieved, and meanwhile, effective limiting of the section-by-section necking follow-up double pile casing in the karst area is achieved by arranging the bag; and the floating closed bag isplaced inside the pile hole, when concrete is poured, the closed bag floats upwards along with the concrete to serve as a monitoring device for concrete pouring, and the pile forming efficiency and the pile forming quality of the pile foundation during karst area pile foundation construction are greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种岩溶区桩基施工体系及施工方法,通过逐节缩颈跟进双护筒的上护筒定位安装在下护筒上;逐节缩颈跟进双护筒的外侧壁上设有与岩溶区位置对应设置的囊袋;逐节缩颈跟进双护筒套设在内钢护筒上;内钢护筒内设有用于浇筑桩基的钢筋笼;钢筋笼限位撑架定位设在钢筋笼的顶部,来实现对钢筋笼的上限位;上浮封闭囊袋设在桩孔内。本申请通过设置逐节缩颈跟进双护筒,实现对内钢护筒的定位防护,同时通过设置囊袋实现逐节缩颈跟进双护筒在岩溶区的有效限位;通过桩孔内放置有上浮封闭囊袋,在浇筑混凝土时,封闭囊袋随混凝土上浮作为混凝土浇筑的监控装置,大大提高了岩溶区桩基施工时桩基的成桩效率及成桩质量。
