The cement soil mixed pile manufacturing technology comprises the following steps that firstly, a drill stem and cement soilare prefabricated; secondly, a cement soil mixed pile machine with the drill stem is utilized to conduct pile driving to a certain depth; thirdly, cement soil is poured into a hopper, and the cement soil enters the bottom of a hollow pile pipe; fourthly, the cement soil mixing pile machine lifts upwards the hollow pile pipe at a certain speed, a drill bit sinks around the hinged position with thehollow pile pipe, gas in a soft clay foundation enters the hollow pile pipe from the gap between the drill bit and the hollow pile pipe along with soft clay and then is discharged into air through anexhaust pipe, and then the cement soil enters soft clay from the gap between the drill bit and a second hollow pile pipe; fifthly, the hollow pile pipe is pulled out of the soft clay foundation, aftera period, the cement soil is solidified in the soft clay foundation, and then high-strength cement soil mixed pile is obtained.
