The invention discloses a basement waterproofing bottom plate which comprises a rigid waterproofing bottom plate, a composite rigid waterproofing layer and a face layer sequentially arranged in a stacking way from bottom to top. The composite rigid waterproofing layer comprises a cement-based capillary crystalline type waterproofing coating layer and a polymer cement mortar layer; the cement-basedcapillary crystalline type waterproofing coating layer is arranged on the surface of the rigid waterproofing bottom plate; and the polymer cement mortar layer is arranged on the surface, deviated from the rigid waterproofing bottom plate, on the cement-based capillary crystalline type waterproofing coating layer. The basement waterproofing bottom plate provided by the invention has an excellent waterproofing performance, high durability, and long service life.
